 Designed for production inspection, our HMX 160 x-ray is Ideal
for PCB assemblies up to 18 by 20 inches. The HMX 160 is fully capable of
complete BGA inspection. With this system,
hidden bonding problems can quickly be identified and electronic images
forwarded as objective evidence for customers and suppliers.
Standard Features
Medium sized horizontal imaging axis cabinet system designed for inspection of
mechanical devices and assemblies as well as for PCB inspection. The full
5-axis manipulator gives superb sample movement control. The cabinet can accept
X-Tek X-Ray sources up to 225kV and 225W. The HMX is also compatible with
X-Tek's InCite Computed Tomography Package.
