The relentless pursuit of ways of providing faster, better, and lower cost
products and services to our customers. Specializing in through-hole and
surface mount printed circuit board assemblies, cable and wire harness
assemblies, coils, and box builds in a highly responsive (nimble) and
responsible manner.

John Ragan,
President
|
Our President of MOR Manufacturing, John Ragan,
wears many hats. In addition to being a husband, father, homebuilder and member
of our Board of Directors, he handles all of the general daily technical,
mechanical and production concerns, as well as customer service and software
engineering for MOR Manufacturing. Customers and employees alike truly enjoy
working with John, and you will too. |

Jim Hammond,
Quality Manager

Our Quality Manager, Jim Hammond, is the
driving force behind our Quality Assurance Database, which is a pivotal part of
our quality system. Jim’s extensive background as a senior buyer and quality
advocate make him a great asset to our Production Management Team, when he’s
not out on a camping expedition or photographing the beautiful Northwest. |

Chris Ragan,
Sales
|
Chris Ragan, leads our sales outreach. She is
also an active hands-on customer service manager and a key member of our
Production Management Team. Her unique perspective provides a great bridge
between our customers and production teams. |

Dave Franck,
Process Engineer
|
Process Engineer, Dave Franck, also serves as
a customer service manager and member of our Production Management Team. His 35
years of experience in the aerospace industry provide a wealth of information
and ideas for improving our processes.

Shirley Bentz,
Human Resources
|
Shirley Bentz heads up our Human Resource
team and serves as a customer service manager. She has also served our
Purchasing team. Shirley visualizes herself as the next Ladies US Open Golf
Tournament champion. To talk shop or swap golfing stories, call and ask for
Shirley. |

Sue Burnett,
Document Control
|
Sue Burnett was one of our first employees,
and over the years, she has become one of our most valuable. Her wealth of
knowledge spans production processes, receiving inspection, physical inventory
coordination, quoting and all aspects of document/inventory control. Any quote
packages, material changes or Engineering Change Orders go through Sue, and she
is a stickler for making sure the information is complete and accurate. |

Teresa Abernathy, Customer Service
|
Teresa Abernathy is one of our busiest customer service
managers. She is a 10-year veteran of Hewlett Packard, who came to MOR in 1991.
She has held various positions here, with a strong background in materials,
making her knowledgeable in many areas. She enjoys interfacing with people and
would be delighted to answer your questions or just shoot the breeze. |

Bob Gibbens,
Project Coordinator
|
Bob "Gibby" Gibbens is a great project
coordinator due to his passion for follow through and closure. He started at
MOR as the Head of Maintenance in 1991. Gibby is now a member of our Production
Management Team as well as a customer service manager and liaison for new
products, special projects or problems needing immediate attention and
resolution. When we need something facilitated, planned, coordinated or
implemented, we call on Gibby's legendary organization skills. |

Harold Damiano,
Chairman
|
Harold L. Damiano, Chairman, heads up an
impressive Board of Directors for Arizona Transformer, the holding company that
owns MOR Manufacturing. He formed AZ Transformer with a group of investors in
1980 and then bought MOR in 1989. He served as the President until 1996 and now
remains involved on a consulting basis. |

Engineering Design Services

Ken Cummings, Ken's strong background in
electronics design and manufacturing adds a welcome new dimension to our team.
In addition to leading our Engineering Design Team, he also coordinates Test
Engineering, Manufacturing Support, and Document Control. |
