time. Each individual is responsible for quality and has the authority to sound
the quality alert. We will continuously work on improving our processes to
eliminate waste.
Recognizing that our customers are typically facing tight schedules, we will go
to great lengths to expedite our processes in response to their delivery needs.
However, it is our firm policy that under no circumstances will defective
products knowingly be shipped to a customer.
